These are your estimates, not ours
Every figure above is one you set. We have defaulted them conservatively rather than flatteringly, because a calculator that always says yes is one nobody believes.
Not all overrun is billable
Some is your own delay, some is goodwill, and some contracts do not allow it. That is what the recovery rate is for — drop it until it matches what you would realistically invoice and argue for.
The record is what wins the argument
The usual dispute is not whether a scaffold stood longer. It is proving it. A timestamped erection date with inspections attached is harder to wave away than a diary entry.
